Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope
These terms govern purchases in the RELAYR online shop. By completing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Products and prices
Prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate in Portugal unless stated otherwise. Images are representative; minor colour or texture variations may occur due to 3D printing and hand finishing.
3. Order and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted (e.g. PayPal). You will receive email confirmation with your order summary. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates; delays by carriers or customs are not directly our fault, but we will help where we can.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Products must be returned in appropriate condition; return costs may be your responsibility unless the law provides otherwise. Custom or made-to-order items may be excluded where applicable.
6. Warranties and claims
Products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee. For claims or defects, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue within the legal period.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumer disputes, you may use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and courts in your place of residence where legally provided.
